A free conversation about your business, your customers, and where leads are getting lost. If we're a fit, we send a written proposal.

Setup
After you approve the proposal, we build your campaigns, funnel, and automations. This is a one-time setup fee.

We manage and optimize everything month to month for a monthly retainer, and report on results.
Pricing
Every business is different, so we quote after the strategy call. Every engagement has two parts.
One-time setup fee
Covers building your campaigns, funnel, tracking, and automations. Paid once, before work begins.
Monthly retainer
Covers management, optimization, and reporting. Billed monthly, with no long-term contract.
Exact amounts are confirmed in a written proposal that you approve before you're charged anything. Advertising spend is separate: you pay ad platforms such as Meta and Google directly, and it is never included in our fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Services
Era Ventures LLC ("Era Ventures", "we", "us") provides marketing and AI integration services to businesses. The specific services, fees, and deliverables for each client are described in a written proposal that the client approves before work begins.
Fees and payment
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly retainer, as stated in the approved proposal. Payments are collected through Stripe. Retainers are billed in advance each month. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and is not part of our fees.
Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts and assets needed to do the work, and to ensure they have the right to use any content they provide to us.
Results
We work to improve marketing performance, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as lead volume, sales, or return on ad spend, because outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
Cancellation
Retainers are month to month and can be cancelled as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Era Ventures' total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees the client paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you contact us or become a client, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your business and marketing accounts. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it

- To communicate about your account and our services
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, Stripe for payments and the tools we use to deliver your campaigns), and where required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@eraventuresmarketing.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor valid requests.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

Setup fee
The one-time setup fee is due before work begins. If you cancel before we have started work, it is refunded in full. Once work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable because it covers time and resources already spent. If we fail to deliver the setup described in the approved proposal, contact us and we will work to fix it or refund the affected portion.
Monthly retainer
Retainers are month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@eraventuresmarketing.com before your next billing date, and you will not be charged for later months. Retainer payments for a month already started are not refunded.
Advertising spend
Ad spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is not refundable by us.
Billing questions and disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
